Project fees (e.g., $500 deposit + $500 upon completion) are due as specified in your agreement.

Ongoing retainers or subscriptions are billed monthly unless canceled with written notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete projects.

Maintain necessary accounts (e.g., GoHighLevel subscriptions, domains, hosting, if applicable).

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and frameworks.

Clients own the final website content and creative assets upon full payment.

You may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

Hosting or distributing spam, malware, or offensive content.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services rendered.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments remain due.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
